[Mind's Eye] Re: Bringing citizens closer to the policymaking process and citizen monitoring of government.

The model from sport is that one builds the competition and can salary
cap and use rules to ensure fair play on field and in wider
development. The model is deeply flawed, but could help us see what
we want from economics and politics.
