We will see reforms.. that I am sure of..  but Briton will not be allowed to pick and choose.. out us out  no semi our.  The Euro has strengthen ..  talks will not begin at all till the official letter and tgey are not allowed back door talks..
Scotland is starting the official paperwork to stay which means they will have a vote to leave shortly..  they are setting up the law to seperate from England.. have not heard much about N Ireland..
