[Mind's Eye] Riot in Oakland

The police are lining up to cause riots in Oakland

strange to see police lining up with the intention of causing a riot.  Must be the desire to harm people,,  wonder who is gaining form it..  when I lived in Oakland  it was really a backwater but the police cared about its citizens  with no intention of harming them..  seems like times have changed
