I suspect there will be a reckoning against politicians supporting the lawlessness. Especially those city mayors that failed to crack down early against obvious vagrancy and allowed it to escalate to violence. Seems a severe dereliction of duty to me. I can only wonder how damgaging it will be to the President if the Obamavilles are still here in 10 months.

indifference and lack of sympathy for the current protest movements
and also mockery of their appearance and fuzzy intents/mess. Normal,
regular citizens are waiting to hear the clean-up costs and overtime
