Because of the illegality of the acts ,, I actually am feeling sorry for the people ordering the assaults when they reach the court system,,  they all are responsible including prison term as well as compensation to those they have harmed.

California is not in good financial shape   and my memory of the laws sits down that you are responsible for your own actions.. these decisions being made are the type you live to regret 

Oh well  the cult  of the golden calf is starting to run scared as the one thing they do not want is transparency.
