1a. Multiple dams along Turkish rivers are an issue that must be
addressed.
2. Even when I have trouble with understanding what Neil is writing
about, I am engaged mentally. I felt the same about Bertrand Russell
and others.
2a. Why must Neil come up with a solution? Why "one thing"? Why do you
think all/humanity can "appreciate and agree" on any set of
particulars?
