1. Turkey has been over-rated for decades and the region can attribute
most of the violence and inability to create just social units to the
lingering death throes of the Ottoman Empire.

1a. Multiple dams along Turkish rivers are an issue that must be
addressed.

2. Even when I have trouble with understanding what Neil is writing
about, I am engaged mentally. I felt the same about Bertrand Russell
and others.

2a. Why must Neil come up with a solution? Why "one thing"? Why do you
think all/humanity can "appreciate and agree" on any set of
particulars?
