The Japanese have earlier experience with the kind of financial
collapse going on now. They have taken a different tack to

- where there is a short video. I spent two short periods in Japan
(plot of save British shipbuilding) and they do a lot I don't like -
but they have an attitude towards employment (not always) we should
consider. Going for full employment rather turns economics on its
head.
