Unfortunately 10 some years ago a US President along with a one party
dominated senate and house decided they wanted to go to war and
spend trillions of dollars they didn't have,, with massive amounts of
fear mongering.. what you have is a major garbage dump Obama has been
having handle all of the filth and litter left behind..

Yeah excessive military spending is what brought Russia to its knees..
