Mind's Eye Re: Advice

That's strange- I couldn't sleep last night either. Caught a couple
hours and began a busy day. Well, I would certainly miss you, Archy,
so please save a few thoughts for the forum. Some of the family
arrives this weekend for the holidays so I might not be checking the
computer very often.

Allan- it's funny how children talk to themselves and their dolls or
pets so naturally so maybe it is an inborn trait. And many therapists
use the technique of "role playing" to work through issues. It might
also be a rehearsal for the individual before real life events, or
wishful thinking or any number of things including a frustrated
writing career. I imagine Churchill as loving the sound of his own
voice- maybe preachers and politicians, as well. I love it when I
answer myself back :-) though it first surprised me. Am experiencing a
lot of chatter and flirting at supermarkets lately- maybe they are the
new pick-up joints for seniors! One man burst into song! (My red coat
and cap= little red riding hood and the big bad wolf.) He was wearing
a Las Vegas sweatshirt however, so maybe he doesn't count.
