Seems I was wrong about the tribal thing, sometimes I tune out a little.
The comparison was whether tribal culture was better at identifying
effective leaders and putting them into appropriate service.

Heh, just a few minutes ago I mentioned starting a domesday (sic) cult
on the premise that we can assemble microcosm ecologies and integrate
them in spheres from single subjects and studies on to communities, the
Earth, etc. The book might help! "Geodome", get it? Man I'm lame. :p
