Mind's Eye Re: Motive

I see excessive fiddling with the body to be a sign of self-loathing
including slathered cosmetics, cosmetic surgeries, spa parlors, etc.
It may be connected to repressed sex drive in that there is a fantasy
self in the making to be alluring. Really, it is polishing oneself as
an object.
