I think what we haven't recognised socially is that we can have so
much more - I hope technology will bring this recognition - but also
think we need something like ECON4 - an economics based on 'not
burning the planet' and straightforward accounting. I think we know
what the right things to do are but are scared of our impotence -
understanding more of why might help.
