I am not sure right or wrong.. what is good is the attention brought to the matter.. As the system was originally set up in the Reagan era.. to circumvent the american constitution .. it was built into the original design of the web.. Now they are finding the design also has a flaws and can cause problems..
Personally I am getting interested in quantum encryption.. should keep them busy for may years
