Konara we are banging up against a very difficult problem and that is the word 'God'. It seems everyone has a different idea and wants to argue their particular truth.. probably the best definition I have seen is "God is a power greater than we are." That allows for every one to have a common word and at the same time a personal view..
In many ways what you said is very good and very accurate as well as interesting. Francis of Assisi once said "It is better to understand than be understood. If I can understand the God as you understand them I can use those thoughts to work at understanding my own.
I think Konara you will find Andrew wants to lead us down the mythical yellow brick road. Being a road he has his plan well formed and it can not change or deviate.. but I will follow it anyway..

Allen,I personlly feel that there is no one called God. All are imaginations and beliefs.There are some unseen and unknown forces in this world.We may be able to touch and experience them not with senses, but with our mind eye.When you go on deeper anddeeper, through introspection or ........ only the mind eye can see the god . Proof for myself is an easy one for me ,, and it has little to do with religion, yet you will never be able to separate the two, mainly because they intertwine.
I have said it the past that God is the totality of everything. Putting it in another view is you are part of God, but you are not the totality of God only a tiny part.. Now how well you are connected into the being of God is a totally different question.
Putting ones mind into the context of grasping and understanding of "God" is difficult at best,, there is no one starting point. The subject is I am game as I have brought that topic up again and again in one form or another over the years.. the question really is have you been listening?
