Re: Mind's Eye Re: Proof of the existence of God

I think this is a difficult way of putting the question, often when
people consider impressions it is more toward immediate effects and they
assume that it is likely that the desired outcome is possible. For
example: If something odd happens I often first attempt to establish a
theoretical baseline for maximum instinct, then extrapolate as if there
were no limits on cognitive capacity or influential sequence. The point
is to create a reverse path between an impression or reaction and it's
origin and see what lengths are required to evade incongruity.
Anything that triggers an emotional response is a red flag, I would
prefer to leave much of the matter open to a distant-future physics,
spirits fit that category for me (most of the time). If some poor spirit
makes it through that I figure they would deserve my attention and hope
that it isn't unfair. But then again it could be as easy as a leaf
blowing across the path, not necessarily tiny voices calling one's name
from beneath the floor in the middle of the night. I think it would
depend on the person and the details they pay attention to. My approach
would likely be flawed in this case but don't usually have reason to
believe it is, should I? I am curious. Answers can have different
meanings to different people.
