It is a blogspot.uk blog, so I suppose a protest could be filed.  It probably feeds from an RSS, although it doesn't seem to take everything (I noticed at quick glance.) There are no ads on the blog so it may fall under fair use.  Unless someone is making money from what is posted online, it is open to fair use.  A puzzle as to why someone would make the effort.
