Ad hom is in almost everything.  At its most crass it is to dismiss Einstein as 'Jewish science'.  We don't understand argument and even to point to this - even in academic research (Dan Sperber is an example) - becomes personal attack on the basis of claiming to know more than any cloying consensus of nodding donkey manners.  Gabby falls short on her own standards of mixing bottles and silversmith poking.  Even Miss Marple is prejudiced against murderers, a risible attitude in Gabbsy's uberfreedom punch line jibes she could be relied on not to use in practical reasoning sat on a jury deciding on crimes we hadn't committed.

Yes Allan, we are not paedophile penguins - at least not most of us (one of my cases involved something just as bad as those recorded by one member of the Scott of the Antarctic troop).  The 'dirt' was even left out of the book on the penguins made up from his notes.  What of the mens rea of the guy not a paedophile after removal of a brain tumour?  We are not good learners from biology - most evading this by never learning any. Why bother when people would rather listen to card readers?  Is this how Gabbs gets her cut of the golden calf, is it a way of exerting ironic superiority as pearls cast before we Gatherine swine, or am I projecting projections in a world made of Freudian same?  Plato can be read as plays about crusty old farts having a 'laugh' watching naked gymnastics of unwitting would-be-leaders exposed to husbandry in the ritual training of the Guardians, never knowing the 'cunning plan'.  Gabby has one not very original analysis of us mate, inviting the vulnerable return of the knife in the sure confidence of the martial artist feminist hating white men and waiting to rush off to the salvation of the Taliban life for women.  We might, unkindly, think we are merely too old and cast the ageist stone.  Or be pissed off that your Arabic attracts idiots Molly has to moderate if I haven't plinked them to trash without 100% rationality of the embraced paradox.

So sorry not to be perfection Gabby. You can be an Idol on my golden wall anytime.  I haven't read as many ancient texts as Al, but I take it we all know how incompetent all the King's horses and all the King's men are when an Idol falls.  Whilst I know nothing, even this is to know more than an egg with a passion for hopping on slippery walls wielding a pointy stick in all directions.  Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.  One can eat eggs for breakfast.  I just like the way Al scrambles them, is all.  You point very well to who casts the first stone in language.  So why not a piece on why we never see newsroom auto-cue readers in wheelchairs?

It is not enough to point out the superiority of our rationality to biology - it is biological.

I accept the point it is pretty useless telling vermin that would do the don'ts not do do them.  Amongst my ants, some leave the nest appearing drunk and then bite into a leaf at lunar noon and die hanging on, their mandibles atrophied.
