Head some law experts talking about the artical 50 and they were saying it is very vague and an official letter though prefered was not nessary just an official recognition of the BR exit.. To my thinking that when their parliment said the vote will stand.. And it was published in ther records and newspapers . That could easily be taken as official recognition..
I think the EU is being polite.. But out is out..
