Atheism is only a shift in what doesn't matter I guess Al. The ridiculous beliefs are economics and failure to engage to bring human precariousness to an end as far as we can.

The problem with beliefs a person is stuck with those beliefs until you are ready and willing to change them. I know for a fact changing your beliefs is one of the difficult things to do.
