Its like a double bladed sword, youth is I mean.
When we say youth in this context we really mean teen agres don't we. Well they are capable of only thinking as teenagers think. When I was such a youth, even back then I had a strong sens of morality, I didn't then and I don't know what is to be gained by kicking all of the glass out of a bus stop. But kick the glass I did, it was fun and as a teenager I was not capable of thinking of the repercusions of my actions, fun was about as far as I got.
As I grew older and more experianced, in short as my brain turned from child to teen to adult, my thinking got clearer.
I guess what I'm saying is it makes no sense to look at the youth doing the things that youth have always did and I suspect will always do and ask what has gone wrong with them. To me they seem little differant than I was in my turn and my father was in his turn.
I am a great father, these are not my words but the words of people who have seen first hand my parenting skills and how grounded my own children 'seem' to be as a result. In part I owe it to always remembering what my 'head space' was like when I was at verious ages and applying the understanding and lack of it I had then to the way I communicate with my own children.
Do we blame older people when enveriably their bodies start to give up? No of course not, then why blame the youth for being youthfull?

i am a kinda young man, almost 25, but i find that no one hardly in my generation is familiar with the classics, such as Henry David T., Aristotle(though i can hardly understand his advance thoughts), and even just regular classics from Alexander Dumas, Thomas--Hardy, and of course the great Samuel Johnson. this is just a brief idea of what i mean. and what i mean to discuss is my wonder at why this great chance to learn about human nature and how to best deal with our faults n such, is not recommended anymore. with philosophers, i see the whole bettering yourself thing, and with the novels of classicity(probably not a word) i think prime our mind to... understand true human feeling and great imagination(crime and punishment comes to mind). i bring this up because i see so many problems with our youth in their regards...even tonight i see at a gas station a guy throw a plastic water bottle out of his car on ground like he not care, and he even looked at me like he was askin me to say somethin...-__-. a person like this i hate so much. why have so many young people lost their self decency nowdays? do you try to teach your children to learn the valuable information which has withstood such great test of time, like Confucius or maybe even Eric Hoffer? thanks people.
