business programme for a Saudi institution. With a little more effort
I could build a site that hosts stuff like this at minimal cost to
users, reducing the cost of undergraduate degrees to perhaps $200 plus
a tutoring/marking fee of $1000 a year. I wonder how far we are from
passive searching that would re-write the whole script on what
television companies do and let us hear real experts instead of the
flunkies news producers throw at us.
