How would one know they are speaking honestly though? I had considered
an approach where different aspects of personality could be dealt with
differently, the norm is very critical but there are parts that need
compassion as well. What if all the parts all demand attention at once?
I should try to write more, but it erases the thoughts, is there a
technique for this?

I had to choose this time, either walk in the desert alone as a child
with the truth I've known (the single mind that has spanned a life) or
turn away so my immune system isn't compromised by emotion. From the
other side of my wall I awoke to a new voice, new words, "Talk to me-"

How does one know?
